PREPAID FREIGHT ORDERS:

Order must be for 85M staples or 500 lbs.
Straps and staples combined
All items shipped in standard cases only

PLEASE NOTE: Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for job site or restricted access delivery areas or redelivery charges.

ORDERS NOT MEETING MINIMUM PREPAID:

Any one of the above will satisfy requirements for free shipping. We will ship orders not meeting prepaid requirements to established King customers. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.

All minimum orders will be billed net 30 days

RETURNED GOODS:

Authorization must be obtained from the factory before material may be returned. The customer will be responsible for return freight. There will be up to a 20% restocking charge.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Any products found to be defective will be replaced free of charge. Products must be used for applications they were manufactured for; liability is limited to replacement only.

MEASUREMENTS & WEIGHTS:

All weights and measurements are approximate. Slight variations occur during manufacture and cannot be avoided.
